7 DAY POLICY
We recommended keeping any extra packs of hair you may have after an application service so that you you have it on hand for your client's convenience.
NR Hair does not accept returns on used or opened hair extensions and products. We do accept returns on unopened products. Arrangements must be made within 7 days of customer receipt. However, all returned items will be charged 20% restocking fee, except in the case of exchanges. Once your return is received we will credit your account minus the 20%.

NR Hair does not pay return shipping or refund shipping charges.
Please contact us if your product is defective, damaged, or the incorrect item. We will ship out your exchange item once the original is received or shipping confirmation is verified. Exchanges must be received within 7 days of request, failure to do so will result in a request cancellation.
If you receive a defective item we will gladly replace the item upon receipt of defective one. If a replacement is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss other options. Please send items with all of their original packaging.
*Items such as the Application iron have a one year warranty that you may have replaced for any reason with a $25 replacement fee.

No Restrictions Hair Extensions recommends only professional application. Hair extensions require extensive knowledge of the dynamics of hair for safe application. No Restrictions will offer small training sessions for anyone that is interested in becoming familiar with the application of hair extensions. We have application instructions, hair extension information and help on our website for the convenience of stylists.
